Service Description
Many times sleep problems are just due to a very busy mind, stress and/or bad habits that have been “programmed” in, like a faulty computer programme. By using hypnotherapy and the other techniques I offer gives us a way to access the subconscious and change these ingrained habits, creating good sleeping habits and better health. Sometimes it can be a deeper issue that needs to be released, and sometimes it may be indicative of a health concern that may need investigation or a dietary change required. PRICING: R900 per in-person session, or R810 per online session, paid at or prior to the first session. The initial session is 90 minutes, follow ups are between 45 and 60 minutes. 10% discount applies for online sessions.
